We take data protection seriously, and not just since the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The protection of your personal data is important to us and we will be happy to explain to you what data we need and for what purpose, how long we store the data and what we do with the personal data entrusted to us.

Third-party APIs, third-party hosted auxiliary services
We do not integrate any tools or media such as YouTube videos, Google Maps, fonts, programming libraries or anything else that is hosted on a third-party server on our website, as it would be impossible to rule out the disclosure of personal data to third parties on this occasion.
Social media plugins
We do not use social media plugins. We link to social media websites to establish a connection if necessary.
Data security
Communication between your browser and our web server is ssl-encrypted when you visit our website.
Stage 2: Contacting us via this website
Media for making contact
We would like to point out that if you contact us by e-mail, the data will be passed on unencrypted. We will also contact you by unencrypted e-mail if you do not expressly prohibit us from doing so. Even if the ‘integrity and confidentiality’ of personal data is required by law, e-mail encryption seems to us to be too great an imposition given the current state of technology.
With other media, the confidentiality and immutability of personal information during data transmission is technically beyond our control.

We store your data in order to fulfill the purpose of your contact: You would like information from us or intend to initiate a contract with us. For this reason, your data will be stored for 6 years after the last contact (HGB). The conclusion of a contract extends the storage period to up to 13 years after the last invoice was issued for tax law reasons.
We do not use your contact data for unsolicited advertising e-mails.
Purpose of data use: Data processing enables us to provide you with informational and advisory services. There is therefore a mutual legitimate interest.
Legal basis for the use of data: Safeguarding your legitimate interests as a website visitor and the interests of the controller.
